Ken is the CEO of Devo Technology, responsible for the company’s global operations. He is also a member of the Devo Board of Directors.
He is a seasoned leader in the enterprise tech and cybersecurity sectors, with extensive CEO experience in various high-growth companies, including public, private equity, and venture-backed firms. Prior to Devo, Ken was the CEO of NetWitness, a company specializing in cybersecurity threat detection and response solutions.
His leadership at Devo is backed by a strategic vision and a deep commitment to customer success. Ken is recognized for his understanding of CIO and CISO needs and his commitment to solving contemporary cybersecurity and IT data challenges for global enterprises.
He has also served on the boards of other cybersecurity companies.
Rakesh Nair is the Chief Technology Officer at Devo, overseeing the company’s research and development efforts, product management and user experience. He has over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity and was the co-founder and CEO of Kognos, an autonomous cyber threat hunting platform that Devo acquired.
Prior to founding Kognos, Nair served as the Head of Engineering for the NetWitness suite of products at RSA. He ran a global 150+ person team to develop SIEM, NDR, and EDR products. He joined RSA through its $250M+ acquisition of Silvertail, where he led engineering, pioneered AI in cybersecurity, and oversaw the product’s growth to an enterprise-ready offering, generating over $20M in revenue. Nair has also held various leadership roles at Juniper Networks, NetScreen Technologies, and other organizations.
Oyefunke Fayoyin is a globally recognized cybersecurity leader with over a decade of success building and maturing security programs across Fortune 500 companies. As Chief Information Security Officer at Devo, Oyefunke leads the company’s global cybersecurity strategy, risk reduction initiatives, and compliance operations across the organization. Prior to joining Devo, Oyefunke held roles in the manufacturing, financial services, and technology industries, where she drove initiatives in product security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Oyefunke holds an MBA in IT Management from Florida Institute of Technology. A champion of security education and inclusion, she is passionate about transforming compliance culture into a driver of secure, sustainable growth. She combines business acumen with deep cybersecurity expertise to align information security with strategic growth.
Anthony serves as CRO and drives customer value throughout all stages of the Devo journey, including global sales, onboarding and technical services, and customer success. He has a 30-plus-year track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams at leading tech companies, including VMware, Pivotal, and Symantec.
Mike joined Devo in 2021 as VP of Finance and was named CFO in May 2023. He plays a key role in driving growth, streamlining operations and strengthening the company’s financial performance. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, with specific expertise in financial planning & analysis and compliance. Prior to joining Devo, Mike led FP&A at Extreme Reach, a provider of technology solutions for creative logistics. Prior to that, he held additional roles at Keurig, The Broad Institute and Gorton’s Seafood.
Tom Pucciarella is a strategic business leader with a strong record of driving enterprise value by aligning people, processes, and technology. As Chief Customer Officer at Devo, he has led customer experience efforts for nearly five years. Previously, Tom was a strategy consultant at a multi-billion-dollar public firm, advising Fortune 50 and private equity–backed clients across technology, cybersecurity, and financial services sectors. Earlier, he served a decade as a decorated Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Intelligence Community. Tom is a graduate of Harvard University and Mount St. Mary’s University.
Ingo oversees global legal, regulatory and human resources operations for Devo. He has two decades of experience as General Counsel at leading software companies based in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to joining Devo, Ingo worked at LogicNow, a SaaS MSP provider, and TeamViewer, a connectivity software company.
Before his in-house positions as General Counsel, Ingo was a Senior Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, a New York-based law firm, advising various global investment firms and portfolio companies on M&A, IPOs, data privacy, IP, and software licensing. Earlier in his career, he was an associate at Clifford Chance, an international law firm headquartered in London.
Chris O’Brien is the Senior Vice President, Marketing for Devo, where he drives go-to-market strategy and business growth through innovative customer acquisition approaches, product-led campaigns, and strategic brand initiatives. He creates compelling positioning for enterprise customers and develops strong advocacy programs that, combined with his strategic collaboration with analysts and partners, have enhanced Devo’s market position. Before Devo, Chris advanced his career at EMC and Dell, where his technical background enriched his unique approach to technology marketing.
Tim is Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Marketing and Operations for Devo. He’s a seasoned technology executive and investor with a rich background in both the finance and technology sectors. He began his career at JPMorgan Investment Management, where he honed his skills over a six-year tenure in banking. Transitioning to the tech industry, Tim has held pivotal executive roles, including Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at Guidance Software and CEO and Chairman of the Board at AccessData. His dual expertise in business leadership and investment underscores his commitment to fostering innovation and driving success in the technology sector.
